Do you feel like you are just going through the motions with your exercise routine and need a little variety? Or maybe you just don’t have enough time this week to dedicate a full hour each day to your workout. Then our small group exercise classes are the perfect solution. These half hour classes are just enough time to increase your cardio fitness, build strength and improve your balance and flexibility. Participants can go at their own pace with lots of options to increase or reduce the challenge. This is also the perfect opportunity to get a few of your friends together for some fun before, during or after work. Working out with friends will keep it fun and motivate you.

Small Groups Descriptions

Glamour Glutes
A great lower body workout to boost your buns,
Stabilize your hips and de-stress your joints.

SPYDER with a Y
A dynamic class filled with give and take. Participants
are strapped to one another by bungees and use each
other as resistance throughout exercises.

Heart Rate Hustle
Get your heart rate pumping while adding some total
body toning.

Shake it out
Increase your flexibility though a series of stretching
exercises on the Power Plate.

Hangin’ by a thread
Check out the latest in body-resistance exercises using
TRX straps in a total body workout.

Good Vibrations
Relax and de-stress your body using the Power Plate,
foam roller, and other tools for a massage-like session.

The Full Monty
An intense workout aimed at energy systems
development and all-over toning.

Move it or Lose it
A series of 8 “warm- up” motions used to stretch and
relax you even if you don’t plan on working out right
after.

Top it Off
A circuit aimed at working the core and upper body.

Snow Sports Prep
Get in shape for snow season! This class will strengthen
legs and core while teaching you proper exercise
techniques that you can transfer to your snow sport of
choice.
